Terms and Conditions

AP Car Rental Services, herein also referred to as the “COMPANY,” hereby agrees to lease a vehicle as described hereof to any individual (“RENTER”) who shall comply and agree with the terms and conditions as stated below:

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT 

1 Vehicle rented with a full gas tank and must be returned with a full gas tank or returned with the same level of gas tank. Failure to do so imposes a penalty of Php 500 for every 1 bar of the gas gauge. In case returned more than the actual gas level, non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.

2 Security deposit refund will be determined after immediate inspection of the
unit upon return. Deduction or additional payment (repair cost and per day unit
is not functional) is required for damaged caused by the customer.

3 Succeeding hours outside agreement will be paid 200 per hour.

4 Valid ID deposited will be return upon return of unit or full payment for the
repairs & penalties.

5 Inter island travel is not allowed.

6 If unit is not return on the greed time and date with no coordination,
communication or contact number is unreachable, the rental service will report
to local authorities.

7 In case of legal problems both civil and criminal, the case must be filed only and
Cebu City and all legal expenses must be paid by the renter.

8 In the event that any accident will happen during the time of usage of the car, all expenses will be paid by the renter, owner will not shoulder for any financial
obligations.

9 Any traffic violation committed by the renter and all penalties imposed by any
local government, concern must be paid by the renter within 24hrs from the
time of violation.

10 Vehicle rented is clean and newly carwash, must be returned the same, if not,
client must pay additional P300 for carwash.

11 The vehicle owner is not liable in any way should the vehicle be used by the
renter in an unlawful activities.

12 It is prohibited to touch or alter its engine, unit is well-maintained & in good condition.

13 Any visible dirt, stain, pet hair, animal feathers or in any forms, smell of
cigarettes, foul odors, imposed a penalty of Php 2,000 pesos.

14 In case the renter will extend additional hours or day/s, the renter will pay in
advance payment, likewise return the unit in the scheduled due time and date.

15 Non-refundable of cash in case the renter will not continue the specific number of days rented.

16 Maximum capacity of sedan is 5 passengers. SUV and MPV seat capacity is only 7. Van seat capacity is 17 passengers including the driver, excess passenger or overloading imposes a penalty of Php 10,000.00.

17 The renter agrees to use the vehicle for legal purposes only, while in possession of the vehicle, renter agrees NOT to sublet, sublease, or loan the vehicle with or without payment to any other party, or allow any other party to be in possession
of the vehicle, including with the ability of operate the vehicle, owner imposes
the right to charge P10,000.00 as penalty.

18 For claims arising under insurance that concern physical damage to the vehicle
only, the renter will process for the release of claims and pay for the
corresponding fees (participation fee insurance), otherwise the renter will pay
the total amount in any shop for the repair of damage.

19 Driver’s license and cellular phone will be deposited in case bill is unsettled upon
return of the unit.

20 Damaged of vehicle only caused by Mother Nature, all expenses either under
insurance or shop for the repair of the unit will have 50-50 share of payment
with the owner and the renter.

21 Small or minor scratches/dents will be charged a minimum of P5,000.00 per panel
